Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Global Holidays. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services.

1. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due no later than 30 days before departure unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following charges will apply:

  • More than 30 days before departure: Loss of deposit
  • 15-30 days before departure: 50% of total cost
  • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving your cancellation notice.

3. Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport, necessary visas, and comply with health requirements. Global Holidays cannot be held responsible for any refusal of entry or transit due to failure to comply with these requirements.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money and public liability. Global Holidays cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Changes to Bookings

If you wish to change any part of your booking after our confirmation invoice has been issued, we will do our best to accommodate your request. An amendment fee may be charged, and you will be liable for any costs incurred by ourselves and any suppliers as a result of the change.

6. Our Responsibility

Global Holidays acts as an agent in arranging accommodation, transport, sightseeing and other services. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by any third-party providers or due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or political unrest.

7. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your own conduct and safety during the trip. Global Holidays reserves the right to terminate your holiday arrangements without any liability if your behavior is likely to cause distress, damage, danger or annoyance to other customers, employees, or property.

8. Complaints

If you have a complaint during your holiday, you must inform our local representative or the relevant supplier immediately. If your complaint cannot be resolved locally, you must notify us in writing within 28 days of your return.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manendragarh.

By making a booking with Global Holidays, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
